I am not much sexually active and have pcod as well .
I just had makeout and some foreplay with my bf and no penetration but I was scared because he rubbed me with his genitals on my genitals, but I got bleeding for 5days this month. But flow was less . Should I be concerned? Although I had bleeding for 5 days.
