I have PCOD
I'm facing imbalance in hormone from 13 years old, I was overweight, I didn't get my periods on time, or I used to not get it for 6 months, after 6 months I used to get heavy flow and lot of cramps. I consulted 2 doctors during this, they told to reduce weight. From January 2025- July 2025 I reduced 11 kgs that is from 81kg to 70 kg. Again I didn't get my period on time. I went to my third doctor, she gave me krimson tablet, my hair used to fall out a lot while taking this. Only the months I took krimson tablet, on the 26 th day I used to get my period for 5 days. I continued tablets for 6 months, she used to stop tablets for a month in between to see if I get my periods normally, but I didn't. She confirmed it's PCOD. And now I'm not taking those tablets anymore. And I haven't got my periods from 2 months. I'm working out every day, eating in moderation. Now my question is how to control this to have a regular cycle, what all changes I should make in my lifestyle and HOW.
