PCOS/PCOD symptoms
19-year-old female with acne, excessive facial hair, strong sweet cravings, weight gain, possible insulin resistance, and hormonal imbalance concerns. Pelvic sonography showed multiple atretic follicles in both ovaries with hormonal correlation advised to rule out PCOD/PCOS. Doctor mentioned possible early-stage/mild PCOS. Blood tests showed mildly elevated testosterone while TSH and prolactin were normal. Weight is increasing and not decreasing easily. Sweet cravings are becoming stronger over time. Need guidance regarding whether symptoms suggest mild PCOS or insulin resistance, whether to start Myo-Inositol + D-Chiro Inositol supplements, whether Carbamide Forte or Tracnil would be better, suitable dosage, and lifestyle/diet/exercise steps to prevent worsening symptoms and improve hormonal balance, acne, cravings, facial hair growth, help in weight loss and energy levels.
