The only treatment for pcod is weight reduction Exercise n reduce weight if ur overweight Total days of bleeding including spotting ..if more than 7 needs to be investigated n treated

If there is history of weight gain ,calculate your BMI and get in the normal range of your ideal weight. Most common cause is obesity.
