Paranoid over tampered food

Hi, I am currently travelling in Sri Lanka and have burnt the roof of my mouth on food and have an ulcer where my lower teeth and cheek join. A night or two after this I became paranoid that my food had been tampered with in a restaurant by having HIV blood or semen in(silly I know), this is a paranoia I can’t get out of my head in any restaurant I have eaten in the last few days. What would be the chances of getting the virus this way, through a burn and ulcer? If possible at all.
