Pap smear test. I want baby in future

Hello mam I have tested pap smear test only for safety I don't have any symtoms. I am not sexually active from 9years till now. I am attaching my reports plz see my report mam . Google give me fear for cervical cancer. I have fear for adenocarcinoma in situ of cervix. In google it show pap smear give false negative result plz see my report is their any chance of false negative. Pap smear miss abnormal cells in endocervical canal as per my report is their any chance of false negative. If I test next pap smear after 3years should it can show adenocarcinoma in situ if my first pap smear miss abnormal cells. In google it show hysterectomy is only option for adenocarcinoma in situ . I have fear for future pregnancy and baby bcoz I want baby in future 😭
