Your Pap test is normal. No abnormal or cancer cells seen. Repeat routine screening after 3 years (or 5 years with HPV test)It only shows fungal infection, which is common and easily treatable. You need to Consult a gynaecologist.

If your Pap smear report mentions “NILM (Negative for Intraepithelial Lesion or Malignancy)”, then it is completely normal and nothing to worry about.
If it shows minor infection or inflammation, that is also common and can be treated with simple medication.
Only if there are terms like ASCUS, LSIL, HSIL, then further evaluation (like HPV test or colposcopy) may be needed.
Please check the impression/conclusion line of your report. If it says negative/normal, everything is fine and you can repeat screening as advised (usually every 3 years).
