Panic Attacks
I have had a history of depression and panic Attacks and have been on and off meds for many years now. While my depression is under control i keep having panic Attacks with hyperventilation frequently. I have consulted quite a few doctors but had little luck with any. I tried CBT but failed. Is hypnotherapy useful in this case. Most hypnotherapists i checked are not medical doctors and i am skeptical about them, given that i had little progress with actual doctors. Please advise.
