When i have panic attacks i kind of lose my senses of become very sensitive to them. for example, i become very sensitive to people touching me and my only communication are words that are repeated constantly while im having my episode. when i have calm down it i dont really remember things i said or did. it is as though im not the one that had the experience yet only my body. i dont really understand what happens to me, please help.
