Panic attack disorder
I am having panic attacks since 6-7 months all of sudden i lose control over my mind. Once i had the same issue 3 years back for aproxx 2 years. When i have panic attack it lasts for 6-8 minutes. Facing Sleeping problem, depression, anxiety, hurtful thoughts, i have puton weight upto 8-9 kgs. Always thinking something i lose control over my mind, I need help. Is there any solution available?

How often are you having panic attacks? I would suggest that you consult a psychiatrist for evaluation and treatment options.

1) meditation / relaxation techniques 2) no alcohol , tobacco or excessive tea/coffee/sugat 3) counselling session with a psychiatrist 4) medicines for anxiety 5) adequate rest, hydration & healthy diet

1.Identify the situations or person that triggers anxiety or anxiety like symptoms 2. Avoid such situations and people 3. Keep your self engaged 4. Do exercise walk yoga or meditation daily 5. Pick up hobbies 6. Start some DIY activities 7. Even after all these if Such symptoms start do the following 8. Deep breathing 9. Visualise the person whom you trust the most like your parents siblings or a friend
