Consult with a doctor
Online now
I hear your concern—it’s understandable to feel scared when you’re noticing ongoing palpitations, tiredness, and abdominal discomfort.
Next Steps
Since your symptoms are persisting and affecting daily life, it’s important not to rely only on older test results. I suggest: Repeat some basic investigations: CBC Thyroid profile (TSH, T3, T4) Electrolytes (Na, K, Ca, Mg) Iron & Vitamin B12 levels ECG (again) + Holter monitoring (24–48 hr ECG recording) if palpitations are frequent 2D Echo (if more than 3 years since last one) LFT, Ultrasound abdomen if abdominal pain persists. Consult with me once the reports arrive
Health Tips
In the Meantime ~Avoid excess caffeine, alcohol, smoking, and heavy late-night meals. ~Small frequent meals may help acidity. ~Hydrate well, correct sleep schedule. ~Gentle breathing/relaxation techniques if anxiety plays a role. ~Keep a symptom diary: note when palpitations or pain occur, any triggers, and duration.
