Heart Palpitation
Respected Doctor Saab From last 15 to 20 days I am suffering from heart palpitations suddenly I felt that heart beat abnormal and felt very scared/ panic / nervous . I have also a problem of overthinking I have done lipid profile test and ecg but both reports normal Please suggest me some medicine or solution for this Thanks Pawan Kumar

You seem to be suffering from anxiety. Get Haemoglobin and thyroid function tests done and share results. For now you can take tab ciplar 10mg one daily.

Based on your symptoms (sudden palpitations, fear/panic, overthinking) and normal ECG and lipid profile, this is most consistent with anxiety/panic disorder with benign palpitations rather than heart disease. Such palpitations are common and not dangerous when cardiac tests are normal.
Next Steps
1. Get thyroid profile (TSH) and Hb, electrolytes if not done. 2. Consider 24-hour Holter monitoring only if palpitations persist or are very frequent. 3. Start non-drug measures first (see tips below). 4. If symptoms continue, consult a physician/psychiatrist for short-term medication.
