Palms having orange skin suddenly
I am 29 years old male and I don't smoke or drink at all, I don't eat non veg, all though I eat spicy and fried food with caffine intake alot. Today in the evening I slept and before sleeping I had 14-15 jamuns. When I woke up I saw my ✋ palm had orange stains, I tried washing them but they didn't go! I researched on google they showed it's carotene level in blood that is increased. My height is - 6ft Weight is 65 kgs And I don't have any underlying condition till date.

Nothing has increased overnight. You took Jamun with bare hands. They can stain your hands with a violet colour initially which then changes to orange colour. I am so sure of this not being a metabolic disorder because the history is less than 24 hours.
