Palm psoriasis
My wife is suffering from palm psoriasis since 3-4 years. It is localized to the palm. She is taking Dezed 30mg once a day when condition is worst for 2-3 days only.
Please advice how safe is the drug and what is the right treatment topical or oral.

You are taking high dose steroid for psoriaisis. This is not given in psoriaisis. And 30 mg is very high dose. Please stop this. Please call me or send photos using online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and treatment advice.
