Pale and foul smellurine since many days

Asked for Female, 55 Years

My mother is aged 55 and since some days she is having mild fever daily in her body. She has to go for urine again and again and having pain also while urine and very foul smell is coming after urine. She's having pain also in urine bladder. Kindly guide what will be the possible problem and what step we should take as precaution and for which tests we should go for her.
