Painless skin color bump above lip
About 6 weeks ago a bump appeared on the skin between my upper lip and nose, at first it looked like a little boil and I think it had a little pain, after few days it gone and there is a little painless bump skin color. it seems it's size changes a bit,now is smaller. 5 days ago I realized that my mother has the same thing in the same place between lip and nose, for about 1 month.
I'm so worried what could it be? my mother and I have the same food habits,could it be because of lack of vitamins?

It seems u have been suffered from herpes labialis as per the description and similar history in mother. It would be better that u consult a dermatologist near u because u will require a course of antivirals failing which this problem can be very recurrent and troublesome.
