Paining lumps under armpits

Asked for Female, 28 Years

From a lonn time (about 3 months) i'm having small swelled lumps under my both arm pits which are paining badly and this pain is increasing. These lumps are red coloured, swelled and feels hard on touching. I consulted doctors. They gave me azithromycin, amoxylin, fudic cream, but None of them is showing results. I have to take pain killers day by day
