Lump in armpit

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I have found painful lump in my armpit approx 1.5 week ago that time I thought that it's a acne in armpit but it grow up any have no face like acne and now it's become small in size almost gone situation , I have little pain in lump but in my whole lift hand I feel pain to move upward direction .
