Paining in penis during urine

Asked for Male, 22 Years

Before 6 month i had some stones in my kidney and suddenly 2 days ago i feel pain during urine then i go to PGI hospital and they suggest me for ultrasound,x-ray,urine test but these all are normal so why i feeling pain i thought there is one small stonee in penis is getting out
