  4. Painful hips. To manage the pain?

Hi. I've had sore hips quite a lot recently. They feel achy and sometimes are very painful. They are worsened when I walk a lot. During intercourse my hips can seize and I can't move for a few seconds. Currently I'm using ibreprofen and hot water bottles to manage the pain
