Painful abd distension post caesarean

Asked for Female, 34 Years

I had a caesarean op 9 months back. After that, I sometimes get painful abd distension( I can feel my stomach blowing up) and i can feel a painful hard tightening mostly near the left side of my abdomen and umblicus. Very painful tat it takes a long time to go off. Umblicus not everted.
