Hello,Recently I started to workout. There was no issue in the beginning.
But now once i release my grip after lifting weight, i feel intense pain starting in wrist which travel to elbow. There is no pain in elbow but pain travel through forearm.
I dont feel any pain while lifting weight. The pain only travels when i release my grip while keeping the weights down.
I took x-rays but no doctor could give me a valid reason. They only suggest to quit working out.
The pain is in my left arm.
Pain start in wrist below my little finger and travels straight to forearm.
Please if someone can tell what i am suffering from.

I think the pain is due to muscle strain as you have started workout there is a muscle called flexor carpi ulnaris which may be affected in your case
I would suggest you to moderate your exercise intensity and take pain killers
That would reduce your pain
