Pain Sensation in penis and in abdomen

Asked for Male, 24 Years

One month back i discovered white discharge under foreskin and irritation was there but after somedays of using genital wash it is fine now. But recently I was experiencing pain while urination and now pain while urination is better but i feel a bit uncomfortable down near the crotch area as some pain or itching sensation is there and the same pain sensation is there in the abdomen area or side stomach.
