Respected sir ,,,,, sir may i tell you one thing if you allow me to say!!!!! Sir My brother age is 30 years old, unmarried now he is facing white discharge from the penis while urination and after urination!!sometimes Pain or swelling in the testicles day by day he is getting thin and he has constipation !!! For that he has been taking laxit plus syrup for 5 years sir it would be better for me if you tell me the name of this disease after reading this symptoms!!!!! Please sir help me once!!!!!

Whether there is pain while passing urine or fever . If yes , then it could be urethritis. Get culture and sensitivity for the discharge . Otherwise it could be just psychological which is known as Dhat syndrome.
