Sir, Iam 18,for last few months I have knee pain.. while I walk a minor clicking sound was there on my thighk for last few months...and recently I played football which made a sever pain on my thigh,knee areas and numbness on my feet ...when I stand and walk I feel a needling like pain on side of my knee please help is't a severe case

You need to orthopaedician at the earliest. Just rule out if there is ligament tear. Or you will aggravate your problem in future
