Visit a nearby physiotherapy clinic and get it assessed for the reason behind knee pain.. you are too young for arthritic changes in bones... So better get it assessed... It could be due to poor posture which puts uneven pressure upon knee...
Also you must learn muscle strengthening exercises for knee so that it doesn't pain in day to day activities...
