If i am reading it correct and we are looking at a 3 year old kid, i would refrain from an online consult. The kids always need to be seen in person for they are not able to tell their complaints properly. Regards Dr Vipin Gupta

Hi, your child will need a clinical examination and may need an xray. Does she have any other symptoms other than pain. For now you can give get ibuprofen and ice the area where it hurts.
