Pain left side of back.no sleep night.

I am having problem not having good sleep in night. Since Last week onwards I have pain on my back left side. In night i have frequently get up twice for urination. I have pain in tooth as well from 2 days. I am feeling dazzling and headache as well. I day time aslo feeling as if sleeping mode. I am varied about my health. Need your support.

Get your cbc ,thyroid profile ,vit b12 and vit d check up done to know about the defeciency.. meanwhile drink plenty of fluids
