Hi,
I had a bike accident 15 days back. I had some pain in my wrist so i consulted Orthopedician. I have attached the xray. Doctor said that its not fracture and gave me creape bandage to use. But now after 15 days my pain is still there. Though it ia less but on movement and lifting something it has pain..should i remove crepe bandage and start some movement or exercise or should i continue with crepe bandage. Please suggest

You need some rest for your wrist atleast 4 weeks against lifting,pushing. Do simple range of motion exercises and if in IT sector some minimal typing work. No bike riding. take painkillers. Pain takes atleast 6 weeks to get better
