This is normal because of stretching of ligaments nothing to worry,take rest, eat healthy balanced diet, drink adequate water and milk, take vitamin d, calcium Avoid stress If pain is unbearable please take tablet dolo 650

It is due to ligaments stretch in third trimester This phenomenon is normal and this stretching prepares pelvis for normal delivery
