Hey looks like you are having SPD . We call it as symphysis pubis dysfunction .it’s quite common in pregnancy in few patients who have lax joints due to hormonal effect.
Tips for you.
1. Do not take fast steps while walking walk slowly
2. Avoid stairs instead use lift if possible
3. Use western toilet
4 avoid squatting
5. Physiotherapy till delivery
6. Use pillow in between legs while in bed
7. Pain may worsen during labour to use adequate analgesia
8. Use simple paracetamol if pain is unbearable .
