Pubic area pain 33weeks pregnant
Hi I am into my 33 weeks of pregnancy, I am having tremendous pain in my pubic area while turning side, walking I am just not able to sleep comfortably,and this pain I was having since 21 weeks , but it has worsen now, not able to do my normal walk after meals , I asked my gynaec in last visit she said it's common, I am having an appointment after 10 days, what can I do home remedies to reduce pain.

Hey looks like you are having SPD . We call it as symphysis pubis dysfunction .it’s quite common in pregnancy in few patients who have lax joints due to hormonal effect. Tips for you. 1. Do not take fast steps while walking walk slowly 2. Avoid stairs instead use lift if possible 3. Use western toilet 4 avoid squatting 5. Physiotherapy till delivery 6. Use pillow in between legs while in bed 7. Pain may worsen during labour to use adequate analgesia 8. Use simple paracetamol if pain is unbearable .

Do prenatal yoga and stretching exercises. That really helps. And also take paracetamol tablet if having immense pain.

You can use a warm water bottle Your doctor is absolutely correct in helping you understand these are  pressure symptoms of pregnancy
