Pain in upper abdomen

Question

Asked for Female, 45 Years

I suffer pain from in upper abdomen since last 30 days. Takes doctor advises n medicine but pain still there. Ultrasound showed no serious complications. Slight enlarged liver. Medicine taken till now are Librax, rifagut 400,enteteogermina,esoga Rd, tinilox nps, pankeroflat. Serum amylase, lipase test found normal. Please Advise what to do for cure
