Pain in thumb of left leg from 3months

Asked for Male, 24 Years

I have pain from last three months in my left leg toe bcuz my toe nail hit by wall two Times now upper skin of my nail is looking damage or little bit discharge from upper skin and feeling pain in around of toe can anyone tell me what the problem is this.. and suggest me treatment please
