Pain in the middle of chest

Asked for Male, 45 Years

Hi Doctor I have been having pain in the middle of my chest since about 2 weeks which is there when I get up from bed or turn around while lying. The pain extends back as well. Is it related to heart or a muscular pain. I had got angiography done 3 months back which was clean. Please help. Regards Shashank
