During cleaning of Left Ear once felt pain in the left ear. Now after consulting doctor taking medicine and using ear drop. Still feeling unexpected pain and noise. When ear drop is used, it is flowing down to the throat. Is there a hole in the ear.? Kindly suggest ...

By your description, there is a chance you could have injured your ear drum in which case you will have to keep your ears dry. Are you able to hear well in that ear? You can take a painkiller tablet like tab lyser-d twice a day for the pain.
