I have deep pain on the back sides of my neck. I am a CA FINAL STUDENT and I have to study for long hours. After a bit of exercise the pain becomes less, but it starts again in a while. This is happening everyday since 1.5/2 years. Should I use neck braces while studying? What else should I do.
