Pain in Testicles
I have pain in teticles since last 3 months. As per consultation it is due to infection or stretch in muscles & I tried lot of muscles relaxation medicine but no improvement. As I googled, symptoms are related to epididymitis & orchitis. But I am not sure & don't know what' exact problem is. It's difficult to sit & walk due to pain. Testicles are also hanging & change in shape while pain. Lot of ultra sound are also done but all reports are fine as doctors said muscles problem are difficult to catch in ultra sound. Please help to suggest something better to recover from this. Thanks in advance.

Good physical clinical examination is mandatory , consult a urologist for this. A presumptive diagnosis is to be made again and to be reviewed with previous investigation as well.treatment as per findings
