Asked for Male, 26 Years

From 3 days I was sleeping without mattress as I have back pain. I have a habit of sleeping on stomach side. From first day itself, I was feeling some pain in my testicles. Now after 3 days, my right testicle is twice the size of left and it hurts when touched.
