Pain in stomach ,gas bloating

Asked for Male, 28 Years

I am 28 years old , I have pain in upper stomach & lower right side of the abdomen. Having watery stool from last 2 months . I face difficulty in passing gas . lost around 5 kg weight in last 5 months . My body becomes hot after having meals and I face palpitation which last for half an hour. I am feeling weakness now . I was diagnosed with gastritis in 2018 .
