Pain In Shoulder
Hello, I got an injury in right shoulder while playing cricket when i was diving for a catch, and this incident was 3 years before, sometime i feel pain in my right shoulder 1.) when i throw something, 2.) while sleeping by affected side and 3.) while raising my shoulder, up to 130 degree there is no pain but after 180 degree there is heavy pain. Please Help me What i Should Have to Do, can I get rid with excercise.

This might be again due to subtle instability 3. Pain during overhead activity can be due to your shoulder joint rubbing against the bone above which is the acromion which is called as impingement syndrome.
