Pain in ructum after Kshara sutra

Asked for Male, 49 Years

Pain in ructum after Kshara sutra. I had fistula in ano region, after completing Kshara sutra treatment sucsussfully, in april may 2021. Now since after kshara sutra treatment I have pain in rectum. TRUS scan report is attached, pl see & let me know what treatment is to taken.

As of now , as per trus no acute infection or remnant fistular tract is seen. If your continence is good ,( able to hold flatus and stools ). No surgical intervention is required. Do kegels exercise, avoid passing hard stools by eat stool softeners ( like banana, green leaf vegetables) and drink plenty of water. These may help .

if continence is not good ( accidental lose of stools ), consult general surgeon or proctologist
