Pain at Kshara Suthra treated area 1 yr.

Hello Dr, In Apr - May 2021 I under went KSHARA SUTHRA treatment for fistula in anal region at 6 O' clock position. Since then I am having severe pain at the same location I,e,. 6 'O' clock. Dr says there is no Fistula now, it is treated & clear, but I still have pain, ONLY AT THAT POINT. During examination, Dr inserts the finger & touches at the point the pain is horrible,at other place there is no pain. My bowels are flat, thin & semi solid, during defecation also it is painfull, I consulted few Genaral Surgeon, Ayurvedic, Allopathy & Homeopathy they told nothing to worry it will get cured & put me all sorts of medication, but nothing helped. Now I do not know what to do. I am still suffering... Pl see attached reports , before & after.
