Pain in right side of chest
I have this slight pain on the right side of chest lower n right most side of the breast .. but not the breast .. it's not a continuous pain ...it's on n off . but mostly while lying down a small twitching pain .. this has been there for a while but yesterday when I did a 10k run ..(not my first time) I felt tightness to my right side n had to slow down big time .. I'm on medication for hypothyroid 150mcg thyronorm Not sure if it's just normal ... Please advise
