Pain in right heel
I'm 85kg..I have pain in my right heel alone.. Wen I'm walking or am standing I don't feel the pain at all..but wen I'm sitting for a while and I get up I have a very bad pain in my right heel alone unable to walk properly just for a few steps I lymph after that the pain vanishes..why?

Hi , this is plantar fasciitis. Main reason is due to tight tendo Achilles ( calf muscle). Do stretching of calf muscle with towel around the foot. If not settling down consult your ortho doctor he may suggest you physio or injection
