  4. Pain in right foot. Caused the pain.

Pain in right foot
Pain in right foot 4th metatarsal bone hurts if I try to massage my foot. It is not a sport injury or anything. 6 months back I was treated for plantar fasciitis I took a few physiotherapy and during one of the sessions I think the doc pressed my foot v hard which caused the pain.
