Pain in right foot heel
I am 34 year old female. I am experiencing pain on the sides of right leg heel for last 2 months. The pain is acute during morning when I get up from sleep. Also, I feel the same pain when I get up after sitting for a while. Please note that it does not pain while walking since the pain is on the sides and not in the middle.

Hi. It can be either calcaneal spur or plantar fasciatis. In either case you need to consult an orthopedic surgeon.

Hi....., your symptoms are suggestive of plantar fasciitis ... Plantar fasciitis is thickening of the plantar fascia, a band of tissue running underneath the sole of the foot. The thickening can be due to recent damage or injury, or can be because of an accumulation of smaller injuries over the years... Stretching exercises performed three to five times a day can help elongate the heel cord....Consult Orthopedician.....
