Pain in right ear and throat dryness

Asked for Male, 32 Years

Hi I have been feeling pain in right ear and dryness in throat. Also pain is around ear and right side head with small sago size lump just behind ear. Sometimes feels pain in throat. When sleeping on left side, if try to swallow, feels pain from right jaw to head. Please advise.

Throat and ear are inter connected using tube we called it as eustachian tube . Some times it causes blockage and cause pain . But ear needs to be examine as well as that lump also needs to be examine . Do consult .
