I had pain in my ear two days ago and then i take medicine for and my pain was improved but I am not able to listen properly

U may be having acute infection of the middle ear. Please visit in person and get your ears examined. Audiometry maybe required to assess the degree and type of hearing loss and accordingly it can be treated
