Pain in RHS of waist+Ultrasound Report
I have been experiencing a pain in RHS of my abdomen/waist for last 7-8 months and the pain is mostly after eating heavy dinner/lunch. i did an ultrasound and the reports are shown in image. the only concern i found in report was "echogenic sludge is noted" written in report so is that concerning? the prev doctor said that its not concerning but i know how painful it is after having a lunch/dinner plus that pain makes me feel tired easily what should i do next?

Presence of sludge needs to be confirmed on fasting and after food sonography. If present, a trial of tablets Ursdeoxtcholic acid can be taken for a few months 2 Sludge is generally non symptomatic. However it has the potential to 1. Grow into stones 2. Cause Acute Pancreatitis which is an emergency and a serious illness
Next Steps
Repeat sonography on fasting and pst meal. Try a course of medicines under supervision of a Gastroenterologist
