Ultrasound shows mild liver enlargement with normal texture, which is usually due to fatty liver or metabolic causes and is often reversible.
Other abdominal organs, kidneys, uterus, and ovaries appear normal.
Bowel findings suggest constipation or mild inflammation.
I advise you some test , healthy diet, regular exercise, good hydration, and follow-up scan if symptoms develop or persist.
